In spite of blasters/Ogres being a terrible choice for a t2 Caldari hull, I am able to down my foe with little in the way of difficulty.


15 minutes, two faction/deadspace failfits down. Not a bad start to the night


I hop back 1 jump to drop off my spoils of war. I take the opportunity while docked to go for some well deserved Cookies and Milk. I return to my computer screen to find my victim in local with me. Apparently he has been "looking all over for me". Evidently he didn't think to check the next system over

He says it took him awhile to get his Battleship together, but now he is ready! My spider sense is tingling. This is 90% sure to end with me going "OH ****! IT'S A TRAP", but something compels me. Sometimes you can just sense comedy is about to ensue. I make a few jumps to swap out a couple of fittings and reload on ammo and to scope out local in the surrounding systems. A quit CTD later and I'm ready to go. We agree to meet up at Planet 1. I am semi-hard in anticipation. With my sweaty palms I manage to mash my FRAPS button. Other than not being able to find my Vaseline I'm as ready as I'll ever be.

My prey warps in flying an Armageddon. We flip each other's cans. My senses were right. It was a trap.

Being carebears of course they try to spin it off as some kind of a victory for them as if they are actually fooling anybody.

When all was said and done, the opposing forces had lost about 722m worth of faction failfits, while I lost 1 Ogre II, 5 Berserker IIs, and some ammo. GG guys.

Ok i have been looking at the setups those player did use on their ships.

And yes, the ships Lexa did kill was totally fail fitted, so that makes a point.

But i doubt that Rokh would survive anyways to the Mega if it had been fitted good and if the player had been experienced.

That fight was fun. I Fc'd that fight and nearly all our losses were from the previous 45 minutes of action on Taisy gate in M-O.
I got word of a cel apoc BS gang ganking our guys on the Taisy gate in m-O.
I quickly formed a BS gang and set up my neut Domi of doom, Warped gang to taisy gate and called one of the Abaddon's primary.
All hostiles deagro'd then ran to the gate to jump back to Taisy.
The 2 Rokh's didnt make it to my delight.
To be fair we used to have some good fights there req. We should do it again sometime.
Edit - And yes, Those close range Rokh's hurt, alot.
