Having completed the current epic mission arc, I must say I enjoyed it, it felt like one of the chronicles posted here frequently, but one that you could interact with (and earn ISK off :P ).

I'm looking forward to the next one being released.

One thing I will say, though, is that it would be cool if there were some mini-cutscenes in them, like the Scope news reports and trailers for Quantum Rise and Empyean age, at key points in the storyline, a little ingame scene being played would be pretty cool - though the logistics of getting them to run whilst ingame might be a little demanding on resources. Just a thought.

not really. consider how prevalent HD video streaming is these days. i am sure CCP can implement it if they wanted to. good suggestions. might carebear a bit just to see some storyliines.

btw, are they L4 only?

Currently? Only 1 epic mission arc exists for noobs. So it is level1.

Only problem is that you should be at least in speaking terms will all the empire factions.

bordering on level 2 towards the end, civen the presence of cruiser NPCs in some missions which some players may have trouble with.

there is a mission mid-way through with a large battleship fleet and a carrier which you don't fight, but i've heard reports that you *can* fight them, if you got the time, and/or a gang to do it with, that's worth a fair amount of ISK. :)

It was a bit of an anticlimax at the end.

And some confusion it seems.

I chose to help the Caldari commander, which it also says in the Epic Journal mission list.

But in the text it says that I allied myself with the Minmatar Adani Yusev.

And when he thanked for my help he said that I'd performed a great service for Gallante.

Seems like someone has been a bit quick with cut'n'paste ;)

Hi Arkhan , a few questions how many missions was the whole arc ? does it trigger storyline mission every 16 missions like a normal agent ? about standing and reward ? (does it pay well or equivallent to any other level 1 mission and anything shinny at the end ?)

Arkhan I saw the BS fleet and decided against attacking it in my Tristan but suffice to say if you did attack it you would need some heavily armed freinds with you.

If it's the same path I took, the NPCs were Arch-Angels according to description(BS had over 1 million bounty each) and had a stolen carrier with them. About 10 million in bounties (no bounty for carrier, it did not attack where I was and I left it alone). While looting, the carrier nos'd and attacked/missed my af.

FYI, I killed the bs's et al in a dom by deploying 5 drones pulling the primed up and leaving it up. My BS was a bit omni and couldnt sustain tank (recieved 400 hp wrecking shots), so I resorted to drone trick.

I have not completed, but I have noticed corp standing increases. No LP rewards, and no faction increases.

I'm almost done the arc, and just got an important courier mission from The Sisters. That mission gave me a +1 memory implant and a bit of standing with SoE.

The other missions are giving minimal standing increases, possibly due to killing the NPCs (Serps and Bloods with some Generics).

Overall, it's very well done, and although difficult at times, the cash rewards are very nice indeed.

A totally new player that does most of the opening tutorials and doesn't try to knock out the arc in a day shouldn't have too much trouble completing it.

Are there any large faction decreases from doing the arc?

I hear if you offline all your modules in the middle of an arc mission, there is a hidden easteregg cutscene. Involves a massive explosion I heard.
