gave this game many tries, and i just am not having fun. i saw ths guy online and he said exactly what i feel at this game...

i guess this game is just for those people who have no life or never really did anything with their life, so they some how feel better with their new found space life! i am a pilot at heart, but this game is not me.
go ahead and give me your best flame to make yourself feel better...i mean im never gona be looking at this forum again, but i pity u and i want you to feel better for yourself. |

you can quite easily fit Eve-online with a good life.. it's there for those times you need a break... times you have nothing else to do (fills in some empty free-time) ... It has actually helped me in many ways... ... So long as you don't get addicted (or play too much), and keep a balanced life-style. The game will work for you. Clearly it hasn't for you, so GOod luck with everything your going to do next matey.. Also, don't take up rapping  |

I am sorry, I wanted to take you seriously, but then I read the post you alluded to, and I decided that you need to get the hell out of EVE before you spoil it with your whinage and teenaged angst. Your hero, in the aforementioned post, chooses to spell "cool" with "kool" and "like" with "liek" - and of course, his main point, "eve is too hard." I got a revelation for you, EVE IS HARD, you actually stand to accomplish something in this game with little intelligence and cunning, very much unlike any other MMORPG on the market. Actually, EVE is the ONLY MMORPG on the market, even WOW can't boast 50,000 simultaneous players on a single server, they have 50 Servers with 1,000 people each, talk about claustrophobia! LOL comon dude dont justify zel, cause then ur agreeing that this game is for loosers. this game is just a game, its not hard, i have over 3 bil and a fully fitted raven with t2 gear and im no a looser! its just a game...it doesnt take a special talent to learn how to play.. oh and jinx...wow has over 8 million people over their 50 servers...and im not the best at math, but i dont think 8mil divided by 50 is 1000...but u may be right  |

Well, you young whipper snappers, you got it easy. I do not know how old you are, meaning your character, but, I go by my experience as a noob: 1) 2 Weeks to mine enough minerals for a Cruiser. (in a bloody Imicus) 2) 7 Months before I even entered a battleship, and another 5 before I actually was able to fly it with some efficiency. 3) 100 Mill was a bloody fortune. Etc, etc, etc. Eve is a difficult game to get used to. And, PVP, PVE, and Market all are part of it. |

herres a quick leson to all....MINING FTL io mean unless u got like a hulk and mining in oo space...its prety lame.. You should do courier missions..they easy, and once u start doing lvl 3, you can get like a few mil PER MISSION...so yeah |

You must be a bit daft, or dense. He was talking about EVE back in the day. Ala when it came out. The older players didn't have it as easy as the modern noobs. The only way to get a BS, for example, was to mine the mins for it and all it's fittings. There weren't a billion different corps producing the same BS and fittings. |
