This list is divided in two parts, issues and bugs reported by players and issues verified by CCP. If you have any more information on any of these issues, please send us a detailed bug report here.

Verified by CCP:

Epic Missions: Dal Segno Al Fine: Davan is not being given by the agent in the Amarr and Caldari versions

Workaround - Submit a petitition under "Agent Missions in Progress" and a GM will resolve the issue

Attribute respecification reverting – UI bug

Workaround - Submit a petition under Reimbursement - Skills

Steam patch failing

Workaround -
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\eve online (Please note path may vary!)
2. Locate eve.exe and start it
3. Patch normally

Skills scheduled to finish during Apocrypha downtime reverted to 0SP

Workaround - Submit a petition under Reimbursement - Skills

Skill Queue: Skill training in progress during Apocrypha patch may inherit a graphical defect on the Character Sheet listing for the skill.

Workaround:
1. Open the character sheet
2. Open the skill queue
3. Click "pause"
4. Wait a second
5. Click "apply"
6. Close the skill queue

Issue with Autopatching

Workaround - Please see this thread for details

Chat channel tab is blank when loading a character

Workaround:
1. Leave channel
2. Join channel again
3. In case of corp, local or alliance channel you will need to relog

Intro movie: 'Select & hold' window title bar- movie audio stuck and gets repetitive

Workaround:
Don’t move the window while intro is playing, or start client in full screen.

Jita

Workaround:
It's very busy, stay away if possible!

Mission: Hungry For Entertainment (4830 and 4831) cannot be completed

Workaround:
None yet.

Skills: Negative skillpoints in the client if podded from ~1.6M SP to under 1.6M SP

Workaround:
1 Pause the skill that shows negative skill points.
2. Resume training of the skill.
3. The number of skill points and the training time will update correctly.

People & Places: You cannot order bookmark folders by name anymore
Workaround:
None yet.

[Crash, when new icon in w-space is rendered (for example when locking)

Workaround:
Possible workaround: Update video card drivers and Realtek drivers.

UI - Character Sheet: Missing Skill names after switching to desktop

Workaround:
Scrolling in the character sheet or closing and reopening will bring the names back.

Audio: Station environment sound level is too high compared to other world sounds

Workaround:
None yet.

Jettisoned cans do not show up on directional scanner

Workaround:
None yet.

Directional scanner sorting does not remember sorting order of results after scanning

Workaround:
None yet.

x3100 crashes when viewing the fitting screen

Workaround:
Before opening the fitting screen:
1. Press ESC
2. Go to the Display & Graphics tab
3. Set the Shaders to High
4. Apply the settings and close the ESC menu
5. Open the fittings window

Assets: Solar System tab not displaying actual assets

Workaround:
None yet.


Need more information on the following:

Asset search shows the same jump distance for all items in the result

Issues reported that are not defects.

Attention Mac users who attempted to patch the client before 11:50 GMT on 11 March 2009.

If you attempted to autopatch your EVE client you most likely got “file verification errors” and you had to try patching again. This may have resulted in large unused files sitting on your hard drive taking up precious disk space. To remove them, please do the following:

1. In Finder, go to: /Users/Library/Preference/EVE Online Preferences/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility/cache
2. Delete any file that start with the name: evepremiumpatch

If you did not receive verification failures, then you do not have to do anything.

If you are still experiencing issues with your Mac update/install, please make a post to this thread.
