So you can change attributes once a year. Other than doing it for the sake of speeding up training in one area or fixing what you did cause you had no clue when you made your toon; does anyone have another reason to do it?

Oh and if you have 40 points in charisma they should make you non pvp-able because your too dam sexy to shoot.

Those 2 reasons are exactly why this is being implemented. Do you want more?

P.S.: This feature being called respecing, maybe we should call it rewiring so it doesn't sound too similar to WoW?

I have great INt/Mem, mediocre Perc/Will. I already have all the Electronics, Engineering and Mechanics skills I need for sub-capital ships; I'm halfway through Drones.

15/9/5/5/5 for Mal. Training command and gunnery at 2574 SP/Hr instead of 1980 SP/hr will be most satisfying. I have a year-long sub-capital skillplan ready to go. After that, I will probably rebalance for cap ships.

Stat respeccing is a boost for older players. Newer players will really need to stick with balanced stats; I can rake in an extra 5-6M SP this year. Once again, full credit for CCP for their deliciously subtle examples of The Law Of Unintended Consequences (see also: can theft aggro, unwardecable NPC corp gankers, etc)

it think we will see many 1 year communistic plans after new patch... It is ofc totally screwy if something shiney decided to come out next expansion and is not your Primary/Sec attribute.

will probably go heavy on perception / willpower skills: like Missiles, Gunnery and tech1 spaceship's

They're bringing in re-specs because after almost six years, Dr Caymus has nearly run out of Int/Mem skills to train.
