so upon browsing the web i have found a nice little website mentioning eve although somehow i doubt it means this game.
what i want to know is who is obstructing whos copyright and whether they are affiliated.

basically they are advertising eve online software (not the game) although it is not the same piece of software as this game.

All you had to do was mouse-over "Products"  But either way, even if there was a name issue here, they are in different industries. Usually same/similar names are allowed as long of the two products do not fall into the same industry (basically as long as they are not competing items). |
