They have 1 week and 4 days left before the countdown to sov 3 ends, and they haven't put up a fight in over a week. They've obviously just been sitting, and we've obviously already claimed Delve (you may have noticed a dozen threads proclaiming such) so I fail to see where you get this idea they're going to suddenly stop sitting and we're going to suddenly stop claiming.

Just as goons attempted to defy their elimination by moving to a new region protected by a higher power, I doubt ex-BoB are going to sit around and expect you to claim Delve.

An npc dominated region just like Stain sounds like a prize worth fighting for.

Right now, I'd suggest Slackers join Exalted as they're the only alliance that seems to be dominating both sides at once.

This pathetic show of force will be nothing in the end. Delve has only been owned once and it will soon probably fall to the few corporations and alliances like Exalted who continue to exert an influence on it despite all the alliance "fighting" that exists there.

Fight, little bee, fight, but you'll not fight as long as some who have lived there against bob for a long time.

On the forums, Goons aren't a hive mind (or they roleplay it very badly :-D). Too diverse for this. Hives are not about practical applications of the infinite monkey theorem.

Goons have enough people to have half of them emorage on the forums, and the other half answering "u mad?" to replies. They have enough people to have half of them insult others out of game, make fun of others out of game, or even make fun of real life deaths, while the other half emorages about "metagaming", out-of-game insults by others, etc. Just post often enough, and everyone will find something to agree with. And if you post enough drivel, it will drown out the disagreeable parts.

BoB gloating was never fun. GoonSwarm gloating is not a bit better.

In-game, I'm rather impressed with the organization and coordination in Delve right now. Good luck with the war, to both sides.

You are roleplaying insects. I've heard you refer to yourselves in many many promotional goonswarm videos as bees and I've seen an attractive youtube presentation with little fabric animated bees dancing round a stargate that was highly rated by your general membership. At fanfest I met several goons who were even roleplaying bees in real life - they had little plush bee children with them and one chap was dressed up in a giant bee costume waving a goonswarm flag (with a giant bee on it). Even while I served on the CSM I often heard your illustrious leader (DARIUS) conversing with his second in command in a buzzing dialect and making rapid little tapping noises in channel pretending his fingers were mandibles. (Darius also looks a little like a Bee).

Further to in-game ideology - you are part of a swarm. You all serve the brain-goons. You present yourselves on this (largely) in character forum as idiot-level intelligence creatures without the ability to speak, argue or debate coherently and I acknowledge that must take quite a lot of dedication to the roleplay ethos of your organization. Look at the pure number of goonswarm threads with absolutely zero content produced in the last 24 hours! It takes champion roleplayers to so perfectly embody the mindset of tiny hive creatures toiling without conscious thought in banal labour of submission to the swarm.

So I salute your characterisation as vile bugs and horrible swarm things! Many in Eve asked for alien subspecies and you have finally provided the dramatic background for this.

Anyway. Lets not further derail this IC thread. If you want to discuss your roleplay with me further I'd suggest the general forum or maybe SHC.
